The Juliana Hatfield Three @ Cuisine en Locale 4.19.2015

Old songs! New songs! Solo songs! The Juliana Hatfield Three played it all at Cuisine en Locale. The trio culled tunes from their two albums^* and Juliana’s solo work for the memorable set. The end result was wonderful. The band sounded great. The crowd was appreciative. I can’t think of a better way to have spent a Sunday night.

^* There’s a 22 year span between those two records. I love ’em both.

Oh, hi! Nice to see you. It’s been a while since I’ve updated you on Daykamp Music TV. If I ever want to show my face around town again, I better use my imagination and come up with some way to tell you more about the state of our video channel. Sooo, here goes.

Look, we all get a little bit low from time to time. Sometimes we’re so low down we don’t even wanna to go to school or work. The fear is that it will send us to our graves. There’s hope! The Juliana Hatfield Three @ Paradise Rock Club 1.10.2015

And now, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you some photos of The Juliana Hatfield Three performing together for the first time in some twenty-odd years. Their set at Hot Stove Cool Music may have only been a few songs, but it sure did sound good. Really good. Their February show at The Sinclair can’t come soon enough for this fan.
