Remember that time back in February when Township played a killer set at Great Scott to celebrate the release of Light Years on vinyl? Here are some pictures to jog your memory…
Sidewalk Driver @ Great Scott 2.26.2016
A night with Sidewalk Driver is always magical. Like when they played Great Scott for the Township vinyl release show. Magical. Always.
When Particles Collide @ Great Scott 2.26.2016
Here’s When Particles Collide wailing away at Great Scott, their passion on display with every fuzzed-out stomp.
M.G. Lederman @ Great Scott 7.11.2015
A night at Great Scott to benefit Erin & Rob’s medical emergency fund closed out with the haunting, moody, heavy-hearted sound of M.G. Lederman.
Scott Janovitz @ Great Scott 7.11.2015
Scott Janovitz is one of my favorite songwriters in town. With The Russians, The Great Bandini, Dragstrip Courage or solo, the guy is a should-be hit machine. His set in support of Erin & Rob’s medical emergency fund, featuring Matt Burwell on drums, was a mix of promising new tunes and some Bandini favorites. I’m happy.
Tad & Kate @ Great Scott 7.11.2015
Tad & Kate… er… Breath & Honesty came out and played a few songs in support of Erin & Rob’s medical emergency fund. They put the power of “Hobo Boyfriend” to good use.
2/5 of The Beatings @ Great Scott 7.11.2015
2/5 of The Beatings got together at Great Scott to play a few songs in support of their bandmate. There sure are some good folks in this town…
Bobby Logan @ Great Scott 7.11.2015
Bobby Logan of Vic Firecracker did a few perfectly off-kilter songs at Great Scott in support of Erin & Rob’s medical emergency fund. I could listen to “Sevens” all day.
Kudgel Lite @ Great Scott 7.11.2015
I never expected to see a Kudgel show like this, but when the Boston music scene rallies for a cause special things can happen. The cause was Erin & Rob’s medical emergency fund. The special thing was a stripped-down version of Kudgel that tore away their wall of sound and left a little breathing room. Cool stuff.
Aloud @ Great Scott 8.31.2013
Aloud blew people away with their set at Great Scott. Chocolate tastes good with peanut butter.
