The Dirty Looks busted out a set of ebullient indie tunes to keep Rock ‘N’ Roll Rumble Prelim Night #5 bopping along. Also, nice touch with the repeat Rumble ‘stache.

I view attending a show by The Color And Sound as a measure to prevent jadedness. There’s too much life in one of their sets to remain detached. Music is awesome. Enjoy it.
The Color and Sound are from Singalong City and they’re always ready to go. Tight and energetic with a backpack full of catchy tunes, the band lit up The Sinclair stage to kick off the Indie Rock Ranger Summer Spectacular.
Joy. Pure joy. The Color And Sound make happiness of the music variety. “Graves” might have been the most exuberant moment of the Rumble prelims.

One of my favorite things about Anngelle Wood is how she gets behind a band that she believes in. Proof was at the party she threw to celebrate 5 years of hosting Boston Emission. I know I wasn’t the only one there seeing The Color And Sound for the first time. The band struck like a bolt of lightning. No one in the room will forget that performance.
